Crumbed Whiting Fish & Chips
Serves 2 -3
Time 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1x 275g De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets
Oil
1 Bag Of Frozen Chips or Hand Cut Potatoes Chips, cooked
To Serve
Salad
Garnish
Tartare Sauce
Lemon wedges
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a large shallow frying pan over a medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Shallow fry whiting fillets a few at a time, turning frequently every 3 - 4 minutes.
3. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. To keep fillets warm, place in an oven at a low temperature.
4. Serve Whiting fillets with hot chips, accompany with lemon wedges, salad and tartare sauce.
Handy tip: Crumbed Whiting fillets are also a great stand by for lunch served in a wrap with salad and tartare sauce.
