Fish Vietnamese baguette
Time: 15 minutes
1x 280g DeCosti Crumbed Whiting Fillets
1x Long Baguette or 4x small baguette
1 Carrot, thinly sliced
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced.
1/2 Red onion, finely sliced
4 tbsp Whole Egg Mayonnaise
2 cups of Mixed Lettuce
1 Chilli, finely sliced
Fresh coriander leaves
METHOD (Pre-heat Oven 180 °C)
1. Place De Costi Crumbed Whiting on baking paper and bake for 6 minutes until golden brown.
2. Slice the baguette down the middle, fill with mayonnaise, mixed lettuce, carrot, red onion, cucumber and crumbed whiting.
3. Top with chilli and coriander.
