Lemon and Garlic Prawn Pizza

Serves:  4 people 

Prep time: 5 minutes 

Cook time: 20 minutes

Cook method:  oven baked



1x De Costi Lemon & Garlic Prawns 

2 premade pizza bases

4 tbsp tomato passata

2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

½ red onion, sliced

100g cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup basil leaves, torn

½ cup fresh mozzarella cheese, torn into large chunks



  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Heat butter from De Costi packet in a frypan over medium to high heat. Add prawns and cook until warmed through and coated in the butter. Remove from heat.
  3. On a pizza tray (or an oven tray lined with baking paper) place pizza bases. Spoon two tablespoons of passata on each one, spreading evenly.  Top with lemon and garlic prawns.
  4. Scatter with chilli flakes if using, red onion, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese has melted and base is crisp.
  5. Serve pizza drizzled with any remaining melted garlic butter.
