Lemon and Garlic Prawn Pizza

1x De Costi Lemon & Garlic Prawns
2 premade pizza bases
4 tbsp tomato passata
2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
½ red onion, sliced
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup basil leaves, torn
½ cup fresh mozzarella cheese, torn into large chunks
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Heat butter from De Costi packet in a frypan over medium to high heat. Add prawns and cook until warmed through and coated in the butter. Remove from heat.
- On a pizza tray (or an oven tray lined with baking paper) place pizza bases. Spoon two tablespoons of passata on each one, spreading evenly. Top with lemon and garlic prawns.
- Scatter with chilli flakes if using, red onion, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese has melted and base is crisp.
- Serve pizza drizzled with any remaining melted garlic butter.
