Prawn Alfredo Pasta Bake
1x 260g De Costi Lemon & Garlic Prawns
½ packet penne pasta, cooked
1 jar of Alfredo Sauce
2 Spring Onions, chopped
12 Cherry tomatoes, sliced
¼ cups Parmesan Cheese
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
METHOD (Pre-heat oven 180 °C and Stove Top)
1. Lightly coat an oven baking tray with non-stick spray. Set aside
2. In a pan on medium heat, add the De Costi Lemon and Garlic Prawns, leaving the butter discs until later. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the butter discs.
2. In a large bowl, combine prawns, cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, alfredo sauce, spring onions and mozzarella cheese. Add pasta mixture to prepared baking dish and top with parmesan.
3. Place in the oven and bake until golden brown and cheese has melted (10 -12 minutes)
4. Serve immediately.
