Prawn Fettuccine Carbonara
1x 260g De Costi Raw Prawn Meat
½ packet of Fettucine, cooked as per packet instructions
1 Brown Onion, finely diced
250g Bacon Rashers, chopped
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
¾ cup Cooking Cream
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
1 ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
METHOD (Stove Top)
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add in oil, garlic and onion, sauté until soft.
2. Add De Costi Raw Prawns and sauté for a couple of minutes until cooked. Add in cream. Bring to simmer Cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup of cheese and stir through until cheese melt and sauce thickens.
4. Serve with fettucine, topping with remaining cheese, parsley, salt & pepper
