Prawn Korma Curry

INGREDIENTS
1x 260g De Costi Raw Prawn Meat
1x 375g Korma Simmer Sauce
½ Brown Onion, large slices
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Ginger, grated
1 pack of prepared Cauliflower Rice
1 pack Naan Bread
METHOD (Stove Top)
1. Heat large fry pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, onion slices and ginger, allow to cook until softened and fragrant.
2. Add De Costi Raw Prawn Meat and Korma curry simmer sauce to frypan. Cook stirring occasionally. Prawns will cook while you simmer the sauce. Cook for about 15 minutes.
3. Once its finishing simmering, heat cauliflower rice as per pack instructions. Toast Naan bread as per packet instructions
4. Divide up the Prawn Korma curry, cauliflower rice and naan bread. Serve immediately
