Prawn Soft Tortillas
Serves 2 -3
Time 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 x 280g Prawns with Lemon & Garlic Butter
6 Mini Soft Tortillas, warmed
2 cups Red Cabbage Slaw, thinly chopped
1 Small Lebanese Cucumber, thinly sliced
To Serve
Lime Wedges
METHOD (Stove Top Pan fry)
1. In a large pan on medium heat, add the De Costi Lemon and Garlic Prawns, leaving the butter discs until later. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the butter discs.
2. Toss the prawns in the pan 2 -3 minutes until sizzling and prawn change colour and are opaque.
3. To Serve: Lay the warmed tortillas on a flat surface and place a small amount of red cabbage slaw onto each tortilla,
4. Top with a spoonful of cooked lemon & Garlic Prawns, garnish with sliced cucumber and wedges of lime.
Notes: This dish is delicious served warm or cold.
Optional: adding avocado to the base of the tortillas and sour cream to serve, can add chilli flakes for a flavour hit.
