Prawn Soft Tortillas
Serves 2 -3
Time 10 minutes
1 x Any of The DeCosti Flavoured Prawn range
6 Mini Soft Tortillas, warmed
2 cups Red Cabbage Slaw, thinly chopped
1 Small Lebanese Cucumber, thinly sliced
METHOD (Stove Top Pan fry)
1. Heat a non-stick pan over as medium heat 2 minutes. Add the DeCosti Sweet Chilli Butter Prawns to the pan and heat 1 minute.
2. Toss the prawns in the pan 2 -3 minutes until sizzling and prawn change colour and are opaque.
3. To Serve: Lay the warmed tortillas on a flat surface and place a small amount of red cabbage slaw onto each tortilla,
4. Top with a spoonful of cooked sweet chilli prawns, garnish with sliced cucumber and wedges of lime.
Notes: This dish is delicious served warm or cold.
Optional: adding avocado to the base of the tortillas and sour cream to serve
