Salt and Pepper Squid Burgers with Spicy Slaw

Method: Air Fryer
2 tbsp olive oil
2 packs De Costi Salt and Pepper Squid
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 carrot, julienned
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp hot chilli or sweet chilli sauce
4x brioche buns, sliced in half
1. Cook salt & pepper squid at 200C in air fryer for approximately 10-minutes, with regularly shaking of the basket until golden and crispy. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine cabbage, onion, carrot, mayonnaise and chilli sauce. Toss to combine.
3. Divide slaw among brioche buns and top with warm salt and pepper squid. Serve immediately.
