Salt & Pepper Squid Salad

Serves 2-3 people

Time  10 minutes 


1 x 270g DeCosti Salt & Pepper Squid

¼ cups Oil

2 cups Baby Salad Greens

½  Red Capsicums, finely diced

To Garnish

Lemon Slices and Flaked Salt

METHOD (Stove Top & Shallow Fry)

1. Cook DeCosti Salt & Pepper Squid in a pre-heated pan for 3-4 minutes turning frequently

2. Remove the squid and drain on absorbent paper

3. Serve : Arrange the salad leaves on induvial serving plates, top with DeCosti Salt and Pepper Squid

4. Sprinkle over the finlet diced capsicum and little flaked salt. Garnish with sliced lemon.

Handy Hint - If you like it spicy replace the diced capsicum with finely sliced chilli
