Seafood Platter with Sauce

Serves a family of 4
Ingredients:
1 x 275g DeCosti Crumbed Whiting
1 x 270g DeCosti Crumbed Salt & Pepper Squid
1 x 260g DeCosti Cooked & Peeled Prawns
500g potatoes, 5mm disk sliced
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp Italian herb mix
¼ cup aioli
¼ cup tomato sauce
½ lemon, juiced
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°c. Mix potatoes, oil and Italian herbs together in a lined tray. Bake
for 30 minutes. Turn and mix potatoes half way
2. Mix together aioli, tomato, lemon juice and worcestershire and set aside
3. Cook Salt & Pepper Squid & Crumbed Whiting at 200C in air fryer for approximately 10-minutes, with regularly shaking of the basket until golden and crispy. Set aside.
5. Arrange all together on a platter with sauce and lemon wedges
Optional: serve with side salad or use sweet potato for the chips
