Seafood Salad Lettuce Cups

Time 5 Minutes 

INGREDIENTS

1 x 375g DeCosti Ready to Eat Seafood Salad 

Baby Cos Lettuce Leaves

1 Ripe Avocado, sliced

4  Baby Radish, finely sliced

1 Small Lebanese Cucumber, thinly shaved

1 Ripe Nectarine, thinly sliced

Garnish

Sprigs of Dill 

METHOD– No cooking

1. Lay 2- 3 Cos lettuce leaves and sliced avocado onto each serving plate.

2. Arrange the DeCosti Seafood Salad over the avocado and lettuce leaves.

3. Garnish with cucumber and nectarine slices.

4. Season with Pepper and serve 

Handy Hint - This salad is also delicious served on a baguette
