Teriyaki Prawn Stir-fry
Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS
1x 260g De Costi Raw Prawn Meat.
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 Capsicum, thinly sliced
1 Carrot sticks, thinly sliced sticks
1/2 Snow peas, trimmed
1/2 White Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Ayam Teriyaki Sauce
To Garnish
2 Spring onion, finely sliced
Sesame seeds
Rice, cooked
METHOD (Stove Top)
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 tablespoon of water and cook until vegetables have started to soften. (3-5minutes). Once vegetables are crisp remove from the pan and set aside
2. Place De Costi Raw Prawn Meat and season generous with salt and pepper. Cook until opaque (2-3minutes)
3. Add the vegetables back to the pan. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the top and cook for 1-2 minutes over medium-high heat until warmed through and sauce thickens.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced onions. Serve with rice.
