Crumbed Whiting Slider with Herb Mayo
Time: 25 minutes
1x 260g De Costi Seafood Crumbed Whiting Fillets
6 Brioche Buns, sliced & toasted
2 cups dry Coleslaw Mix
3 cups of Garlic Aioli
2 pinches of mixed herbs
1 Avocado, smashed
METHOD (Oven Pre-heated 180°C)
1. Place De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets on a non-stick oven tray. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Mix garlic aioli and mixed herbs together until all mixed through. Can add more herbs if you like.
3. To make the sliders: Place smashed avocado on the base of brioche bun topping with slaw and crumbed whiting. Spread herb mayonnaise on the inside of the top bun.
4. Serve straight away and enjoy.
