PLT Crunchy Rolls
Serves: 4 people | Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes
2 packs De Costi Raw Prawn Meat
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
4 French crunchy rolls
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 tbsp mayonnaise
- In a bowl, combine prawns, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne and olive oil.
- Heat a frypan over high heat. Add prawns and cook for five minutes until opaque. Remove from pan.
- Prepare rolls by slicing each lengthways. Layer lettuce and tomatoes.
- Divide prawns among each roll. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Serve immediately.
