Thai Green Prawn Curry

INGREDIENTS
1x 260g De Costi Raw Prawn Meat
1x Thai Green Curry Recipe Base
100g Green Bean, ends removed
½ small Capsicum, sliced thinly
270g can Lite Coconut Milk
Lime wedged
Jasmine Rice steamed
METHOD (Stove Top)
1. Heat fry pan on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, capsicum and greens beans, all to cook for 5-7 minutes.
2. Add De Costi Raw Prawn Meat, Thai green curry and lite coconut milk, bring to boil. Prawn will cook while you bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Serve immediataly with rice and lime wedge.
Note: Can add 1 sliced chilli if you like a bit of spice
